  I recently had the honor of using this mortuary and i was very pleased. everything i asked for i received. i needed my loved one back quickly and michelle made that happen for me. she is a wealth of knowledge and is very caring and compassionate. patty was the person that came to pick my mom up. i thank god for sending her as she is the perfect person for this job. understanding and caring and will go the extra mile for a family. randy on the other hand isnt as informative or compassionate as michelle and patty. i think he must be a new employee. all in all i had a wonderful experience with this mortuary and i will use them again. they made this difficult transition in my life so much easier on me. kudos to michelle and patty.

  I'm sorry if you had a bad experience with a viewing. A viewing with no cosmetics or embalming is only done at the request of the family. It is also advised against however we can't refuse a viewing if the family requests one. We do offer rental caskets also at the request of the family. Our mortuary will do whatever we need to do to make the family's request happen. I'm sorry again if you had a bad experience.
